Financial Solutions – BNEF Account Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Account Manager to join the BNEF EMEA Commercial team in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing BNEF’s business across the Middle East and North Africa, working with some of the region’s leading energy companies, financial institutions, investors, government entities, and industrial organisations.

What You Will Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of BNEF clients across the MENA region, develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, identify and originate new business opportunities, lead renewals, commercial negotiations, and build account plans.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in account management, business development, or consultative sales
• A track record of managing client relationships and delivering against commercial, revenue, or renewal objectives
• A strong interest in energy, commodities, financial markets, or the energy transition
• The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and understand complex organisational needs
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, work proactively, and collaborate across teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness and ability to travel regularly across the region
