Role Overview
The Product and Business Operations Lead will own the financial and analytical work behind some of Blossom’s most important business decisions, digging into the economics of the business, building financial models, and evaluating new opportunities.
What You Will Do
The role involves owning financial analysis and modeling, developing a deep understanding of Blossom’s revenue structure, building models and analyses to inform company-level decisions, and evaluating new business opportunities.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of professional experience in finance and financial analysis
- experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, hedge funds, or another rigorous investing/financial environment
- strong foundation in finance and financial analysis
- exceptionally strong in financial modeling and comfortable getting deep into revenue structures, unit economics, and business performance
