Role Overview
The role focuses on delivering high-quality Salesforce development aligned to defined functional and technical requirements, while adhering to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and delivery processes.
What You Will Do
Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality, implement business requirements, build and maintain Salesforce Flows, and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL, and good understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and access controls.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
- Good understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and access controls
- Experience developing bulkified code and working with moderate to large data volumes
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and deployment processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML payloads
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, industry clouds – FSC / Healthcare / Retail / commerce etc
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-org Salesforce implementations
- Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications
