Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to drive the planning and execution of Blueprint’s marketing programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate company growth priorities into a clear market story, coordinated campaigns, compelling customer proof, strong sales enablement, and measurable engagement across Blueprint’s services, solutions, industries, and strategic partner channels.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute an annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned with Blueprint’s growth priorities, build and maintain a clear messaging architecture, lead integrated campaigns, and manage the marketing budget.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The right person is both strategic and willing to do the work. You can develop a campaign plan, sharpen positioning, guide content creation, improve a sales presentation, troubleshoot an underperforming channel, and give leadership a clear view of what marketing is producing and what should happen next.
