Responsibilities and Authorities
- Design & oversee the operationalization and coordination of quarterly and annual revenue plans.
- Interface with sales leadership team to ensure strategic objectives are well aligned with commercial targets
- Evaluate and implement robust processes
- Sales incentive Compensation oversight
- Provides significant positive impact to short-term, mid-range, and long-term organizational objectives and sales goals
- Analytical capabilities
Experience Requirements
- Must have Tableau and Salesforce experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in compensation, marketing, sales, or commercial operations to include leading teams and projects. Prior experience in the Urology, Urogynecology or Neuromodulation space is highly preferred.
- Experience overseeing the design and administration of incentive programs inclusive of plans, sales contests and award programs.
- Experience in developing and mobilizing the overall sales operations strategy.
- Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines.
- Ability to travel 30%.
