Role Overview
The Director of Demand Generation will build and own the demand generation system at Advantage HQ, a company that generates significant inbound demand and works with consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle. The role involves creating the demand generation strategy, building the CRM into a revenue engine, improving inbound quality and conversion, and aligning marketing with setters and sales.
What You Will Do
The Director of Demand Generation will create the demand generation strategy, lead the segmentation and reactivation of the CRM, improve inbound quality and conversion, and build the B2B content and case-study engine. The role also involves working directly with the setter and sales teams to ensure that leads are prioritized correctly and marketing programs support active opportunities.

Requirements
- Significant experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing
- Experience generating pipeline from U.S. or international enterprise buyers
- Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation
- Experience working closely with setters, SDRs, account executives, or closers
- Evidence of measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience in agencies, professional services, SaaS, martech, advertising, or adjacent industries
- Strong written communication and analytical ability
- Experience managing small teams, contractors, or cross-functional execution
