Role Overview

The Associate Director, US Cell Therapy Sales Strategy & Analytics serves as a strategic and analytical leader responsible for driving performance, planning effectiveness, and data-informed decision-making across the US Cell Therapy Sales organization. This individual partners with Sales Leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders to translate organizational priorities into actionable strategies, robust analytics frameworks, and business insights that strengthen customer impact and expand patient access to life-changing cell therapies.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading development and continuous evolution of sales strategy frameworks, defining and maintaining robust analytics capabilities, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to generate proactive business recommendations, and supporting Incentive Compensation Plan design and dynamic deployment modeling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
  • MBA, M.S., or other advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, commercial strategy, sales operations, business analytics, or related functions
  • Demonstrated experience in sales strategy, analytics, deployment planning, business planning, or commercial excellence roles
  • At least 2 years of experience in a function outside of direct pharmaceutical sales (e.g., marketing, sales operations, analytics, or sales training)
  • Experience supporting oncology, hematology, cell therapy, specialty therapeutics, or other complex treatment environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making within a matrix organization
  • Experience supporting large-scale business initiatives, field communications, or product launch-related activities preferred
