Role Overview
The Data Analyst sits within the AI & Data pillar of the Industrial Transformation team, providing data analytics and solutions to the business in a cost-effective way.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will engage stakeholders, identify business needs, and translate them into business and data solution requirements. They will also design data solutions, validate data requirements, and implement Alteryx workflows or Power BI Dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of analysis experience, excellent working knowledge of relational databases, and strong analytical ability to analyze, summarize, and explain large data sets.
Requirements
- 8+ years analysis experience
- Alteryx, Power BI, or similar ETL tools experience
- Experience in a Technology & Change capacity in the Financial Services Industry
- Familiarity with analytical capabilities such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
- Excellent working knowledge of relational databases
- Experience in custody or back-office administration for the funds management industry
- Strong analytical ability to analyze, summarize, and explain large data sets
- Project management skills; experience with Agile, scheduling, and resource management
- Ability to motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
