Role Overview
People Analytics is the data expertise center of the HR department. Its goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience.
What You Will Do
As a Data Analyst, you will build analyses and participate in the development of projects that help make strategic decisions for the function.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about fifty collaborators, working in an agile mode (data analysts, data engineers, data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR department collaborators.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proficiency of data preparation tools such as DataIku
- Project Management Skills
