Inside Sales Representative/Retail Support Trainee

Role Overview

The Inside Sales/Retail Support Trainee is responsible for enhancing Bobcat’s sales coverage effectiveness and contributing to the Bobcat sales team success. The trainee will spend 1-2 months in each department, learning the ins and outs of our business.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include attending to walk-in customers and inbound calls, obtaining contact information, identifying customer applications, and directing to the appropriate sales rep. The trainee will also assist in customer unit pick up and delivery, communicate and manage all sales department needs, and verify paperwork for sales orders.
