Role Overview
The CLM Partner Manager is responsible for managing the Human Pharma product portfolio in the markets of BI Vietnam, including Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. The role involves managing distribution partner relationships, reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Lead, and driving business steering processes.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact between Boehringer Vietnam and local distribution partners, ensuring timely renewal/adaptation of distribution contracts, and preparing input for markets in scope for the Outlook + 1 and pre-Annual Discussion.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Major in Business Administration and/or Pharmacy.
- More than 5 years of international work and leadership experience within a pharmaceutical business unit, at local and/or global/corporate level.
- Proven track record in people, project, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Experience in general management (local business unit) and/or business functions (medico-marketing, sales, research and/or production) within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Competencies Critical for the Success of this Job: Strategic, global vision, Strong business acumen, Clear customer focus, Well-developed interpersonal and intercultural skills.
- Excellent program and project management leadership skills.
- Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Vietnamese are required.
