Role Overview
We’re looking for a People Operations Partner to join our People & Culture team on a fixed-term basis, supporting employees and leaders across the UK and Europe. This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll be involved across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee changes through to benefits, payroll support, learning and offboarding.
What You Will Do
As part of our UK & European People team, you’ll act as a key point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, providing clear, practical and timely guidance. You’ll also manage employee lifecycle activities within Workday, support the offer, contract, pre-onboarding and Day 1 experience for new starters, and coordinate employee changes and offboarding.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys continuous improvement and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. You’ll also be a strong communicator who can build relationships with different stakeholders and look beyond simply fixing an issue to ask: how can we stop this happening again?

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
