We are looking for a Senior Growth Strategy Analyst, Automation & AI to own the tooling, automation, and cross-functional work that powers Growth Strategy across 50+ markets. Requirements

  • Map automation coverage, identify gaps, and prioritise opportunities by impact.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build and deliver automation solutions.
  • Own rollout and adoption of automated tooling, training, documentation, and ongoing support for Growth Analysts.
  • Build and maintain AI and automation workflows, including LLM-powered diagnostics and reporting pipelines.
  • Run office hours and demos to drive adoption across the Growth Analyst community.
  • Define requirements and contribute to roadmap and KPI ownership for the Growth Analytics team.
