Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, IR and FP&A will play a key role within Booking Holdings’ CFO organization, supporting enterprise financial planning, quarterly earnings, investor relations, and capital structure activities.

Develop and maintain critical financial models, provide analysis and execution capacity, and translate company and market performance into clear insights and accurate materials for executives and investors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, Investor Relations, sell-side, buy-side, investment banking, management consulting, or equivalent
- Strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L dynamics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to senior audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets and Slides; experience with OneStream, HFM/Hyperion, or similar EPM platforms preferred; familiarity with AI and automation tools a plus
