GTM Lead

Role Overview

Boom is looking for a GTM Lead to work across the business at the intersection of sales, marketing, customer success, product, and operations. This is a high-ownership, generalist role built for someone who thrives on context-switching.

What You Will Do

The GTM Lead will partner with the CEO and functional leads to evaluate, enter, and scale new verticals and geographic markets, own onboarding for flagship and complex clients, and drive high-priority GTM initiatives across functions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent) and/or in a high-ownership GTM, strategy, or operations role at a fast-growing startup
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Willingness and ability to do hands-on work at all levels – direct sales, writing onboarding documentation, building internal processes – not just advise or coordinate
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable building frameworks, pulling insights from data, and making structured recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to write great slides; able to translate complex situations into clear, actionable plans for internal/external audiences
• High comfort with ambiguity and a genuine enthusiasm for environments where the playbook doesn’t yet exist
