Data Scientist, Senior

Role Overview

As a data scientist, you’ll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle.

What You Will Do

You’ll guide teammates and lead the development of algorithms and systems. You’ll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your clients as they make informed decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, including performing quantitative analysis, developing visualizations, and processing complex data to create data-driven insights
• Experience using Python to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience using SQL to conduct complex database queries
• Experience using data manipulation and extract, transform, and load (ETL) procedures
• Experience with leveraging APIs to query systems
• Experience with developing dashboards or lightweight Web applications to communicate key insights
• Experience with communicating information in oral or written formats to an audience with varying technical knowledge and expertise
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
