Brand Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of Hitachi and YORK brands in Türkiye and support their growth within the Bosch Home Comfort Türkiye portfolio.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement brand strategies for Hitachi and YORK in alignment with business objectives and global brand guidelines. Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing or marketing communications.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in HVAC or other technical B2B/B2C industries is an advantage.
