Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will help transform data into actionable insights that enable business teams across countries and functions to make informed decisions.

What You Will Do

Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from various internal systems to monitor operational KPIs and business objectives. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and anomalies, translating findings into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related area.
• Experience designing and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions in a business environment.
• Strong experience with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, querying, and optimization.
• Working knowledge of Python (e.g., pandas) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable modern analytics platforms.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, validation processes, and reporting best practices.
• Familiarity with AI and Generative AI tools and their practical application in analytics, automation, and process improvement.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
