Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, responsible for optimizing and standardizing processes that support Sales and Customer Service goals. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, manage customer master data, contracts, and incentive programs. You will act as a subject matter expert for SAP, data governance, and related systems, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate, consistent customer account information and seamless operations across platforms.

You will also have the ability to drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and support system and business process integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP
• Experience with reporting, data queries, and business analytics

• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions
• Experience driving process improvements, optimizing workflows, and supporting system and business process integration
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
