Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing contracts, orders, and accounting reconciliations in SAP, as well as communicating with clients and resolving documentary inconsistencies. The role will also involve creating and distributing sales maps, forecasts, and reports, and maintaining the CRM database.

Requirements
- Proven experience in support functions for the commercial department/Sales Operations
- Mastery of SAP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and CRM tools
- Knowledge of error management in EDI platforms
- Strong analytical data analysis skills and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and empathy with the client
- High sense of organization and rigor in data treatment
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure, managing priorities and short deadlines
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation
