Role Overview

The role requires a Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to drive CRM transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions, architect and implement Salesforce-native solutions, drive critical asset development, and work extensively with Salesforce Data Cloud.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Platform Events
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
• Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and AI-driven features
• Proven experience in complex Salesforce integrations and enterprise CRM implementations
• Strong experience in integration patterns (request-response, event-driven, batch integrations)
• Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) for external services and integrations, AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3) for integration support, and middleware tools like MuleSoft or similar
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
