Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Sales Controlling team for a highly visible position within our Electrified Motion (EM) division. The ideal candidate is a proactive and independent critical business thinker, highly analytical, process improvement oriented, and demonstrates the drive, people skills and business partner ability to deliver results within a very dynamic business.

This role involves leveraging advanced financial systems and IT tools for gathering and interpreting sales data, developing financial models, and generating insights that will drive informed decision-making and improve our business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of work experience in sales controlling, controlling, accounting or comparable function
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in managing and interpreting large datasets to support financial analysis, including knowledge of BI systems
• Teamwork player with positive mindset
• Proactive, independent and structured manner of working
