Role Overview

As a Workshop Sales Operations Smart Start, you will be actively integrated into projects and fully incorporated in the daily work of Bosch, one of the world’s largest industrial corporations. You will support various tasks, including maintaining and improving the Bosch Car Service list, supporting invoice and receivable tracking, and maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include keeping the CRM up to date, maintaining and improving the Bosch Car Service list, supporting invoice and receivable tracking in SAP, and managing mass e-mail announcements.

Requirements

• Currently a university student in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and structured documentation.
• Good command of Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or CRM tools is a plus (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to coordinate across dealers, workshops, and internal teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented team player, eager to take ownership and with a genuine interest in the automotive/mobility aftermarket.
