Director of FP&A

Role Overview

Bose Professional is seeking a strategic finance leader to elevate financial planning, analysis, and operational decision-making. The Director of FP&A will own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and performance measurement, serving as the analytical engine for the CEO, CFO, and COO.

What You Will Do

Provide forward-looking analysis, scenario modeling, and business insights to senior leaders. Lead the development of monthly forecast, annual budgets, and multi-year strategic plans. Implement and continuously improve FP&A processes, reports, tools, and systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience in one or a combination of FP&A, investment banking, or private equity
