Role Overview
The Offshore People Operations Planning and Logistics Manager will work for the offshore energy division, responsible for delivering and managing operational services within Offshore People Operations. The role involves crew planning and forecasting, crew compliance and line management of the Coordinators.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include escalation focal point for all operational services matters, accountable for offshore people planning and forecasting, managing and maintaining standard manning levels, and ensuring offshore people contract commitment is met.

Requirements
- Experience of people planning & logistics.
- Line management experience.
- Industry knowledge (ODIA, IMCA).
- Understanding & appreciation of other people related activities, including recruitment, training & competence, total rewards, managing performance
