Role Overview

The Director, Revenue Strategy & Analytics serves as the analytical backbone of the Revenue Management organization, providing data-driven insights that influence revenue growth, customer retention, pricing strategy, and long-term business planning.

Identify emerging revenue trends, risks, and opportunities; develop forward-looking analyses; partner with leadership teams to evaluate strategic growth opportunities; conduct market, competitive, customer, and commercial analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Analytics, FP&A, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, Consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience building analytical models and translating data into executive-level recommendations.
  • Advanced expertise in forecasting, performance management, and business analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with BI tools, dashboard development, and data visualization.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
