Role Overview

The Associate Director, MarTech will develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to client needs, implementing best practices in project management and process automation to enhance operational efficiency. This role will work remotely in the USA, collaborating with business process experts and clients to deliver transformative business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing and configuring Workfront solutions, troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues, and providing comprehensive quality assurance for all configurations and implementations. The Associate Director will also work with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver training on Workfront solutions and provide ongoing technical support.

Requirements

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with experience in resolving configuration issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a talent for driving user adoption through effective training and support
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
