Role Overview
The EMEA Sales Enablement Manager owns the regional enablement strategy end to end, designing, building, and executing a bespoke EMEA enablement roadmap that directly accelerates revenue performance across the region. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role focused on ‘last mile enablement’ – ensuring that global enablement is successfully translated into how reps act in the field.
What You Will Do
The EMEA Sales Enablement Manager will operate as a trusted business partner to EMEA Sales and broader GTM leadership, quickly absorbing business context, understanding regional priorities, and translating them into practical enablement actions that improve seller execution and business performance.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, or closely related commercial roles
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted business partner to Sales and GTM leaders
- Strong background working directly with enterprise Sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to absorb business context quickly and synthesise regional needs
- Critical business acumen with a proven ability to design and own a regional enablement strategy
- A strong customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of how to articulate and position the value of Box for our customer’s business
- Understanding of enterprise sales processes (i.e. MEDDPICC); experience coaching enterprise sellers across multiple EMEA markets on value-based selling
