Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and managing systems that power UNL’s strategy, data, and execution. This role translates organizational needs into functional systems by designing, configuring, and integrating core platforms.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will combine technical capability with operational thinking, with experience in project management, CRM configuration, API integrations, data architecture, and dashboard development. They will be responsible for strategic execution, data analysis, and project management.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), including configuration and integrations
- Experience with API integrations, data architecture, and system design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience building dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, etc.)
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
