FP&A Advisor, Board – Castrol

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute FP&A Advisor, Board to provide clear, insight-led financial advice to the Board, supporting informed decision-making and long-term value creation in line with Castrol’s “Onward, Upward, Forward” strategy.

What You Will Do

Lead the creation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual Board reporting packs, translate complex data into meaningful insights, and provide forward-looking analysis and performance outlooks.

Requirements

• Significant experience within finance / FP&A
• Proven ability to operate effectively with senior partners and Board-level audiences
• Strong track record in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Experience influencing decisions through insight, challenge, and storytelling
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related subject area
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
