Data Scientist III

Role Overview

As a Data Scientist III, you will work in the area of managing customer relationship strategies through the use of data and analytical intelligence. Acts in the segmentation of publics and in the personalization of offers, communications, and journeys, maximizing relevance and engagement. Contributes to acquisition, loyalty, and growth, supporting commercial decisions and the evolution of the customer experience.

What You Will Do

Developing statistical and machine learning models from scratch; Building and optimizing analytical pipelines using Databricks and Spark; Performing complex exploratory analyses to generate strategic insights; Acting in governance and technical documentation of models; Participating in code reviews and contributing to the technical evolution of the team; Supporting and mentoring less experienced professionals through technical mentoring; Ensuring the construction of scalable and productive analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas;
• Knowledge in Python, SQL, Databricks, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau;
• Experience in developing productive models and analytical pipelines;
• Intermediate technical English;
• Experience with data visualization;
