Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will develop and optimize systems, workflows, and customer journeys to power Bradken’s global digital marketing program. Your work will help connect customers with the right solutions at the right time, driving engagement, lead generation, and business growth across international operations.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows and customer journeys, apply problem-solving skills to support integrations between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and other digital platforms, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B environment managing complex customer journeys
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including workflow automation, lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign optimization
• Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with Salesforce CRM and managing marketing technology ecosystems
• Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools such as Power BI to develop insights and measure campaign performance
• Working knowledge of HTML and responsive email design, with a strong focus on quality assurance and campaign accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes
