Marketing Executive – School Outreach & Partnerships

Role Overview

The role involves building referral relationships, securing institutional tie-ups, and generating qualified enquiries for the school. The candidate will be part of the founding team and contribute to the campus culture and operating systems from the beginning.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include visiting preschools, daycares, and other institutions, building relationships, and securing partnerships. The candidate will also arrange parenting seminars, educational workshops, and joint events.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in field marketing, institutional sales, outreach or partnerships
• Excellent networking, presentation and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Nagarbhavi and surrounding Bengaluru areas
• Kannada strongly preferred; English essential; local travel and two-wheeler advantageous
