Master Data Analyst

Role Overview

Join CHEP, an international organization, as a Master Data Analyst to support the efficient creation and maintenance of customer master data across the AMETA region. The role involves managing and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data, playing a critical role in data governance and data management initiatives.

What You Will Do

Perform detailed data analysis, quality control, and KPI development to ensure compliance with data quality SLAs. Design and implement data integrity measures, maintain and enhance master data records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Certification in Information Systems/Computer Science/Data Analytics
• Experience of data management with accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience of SAP, Salesforce, and Excel
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge and exposure to SAP and Salesforce systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 12 months experience working in a Master Data or administrative environment
