Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Growth & Product to drive the next phase of our journey, owning both growth strategy and product development.
What You Will Do
Lead all marketing and sales efforts, build repeatable go-to-market systems, design and execute growth experiments, act as Product Owner, and collaborate closely with development teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or commercial leadership roles
- Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or food/delivery platforms
- Proven record of scaling B2B SaaS or tech-enabled products
- Strong sales skills (deal closing, process building, team management)
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, partnerships, content strategy)
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and capable of thriving in a startup/scale-up environment
