Requirements
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct discovery to deeply understand client business challenges and objectives
- Present and demonstrate the Braze platform’s capabilities tailored to customers needs
- Partner with internal teams including Solutions Consulting and Customer Success to ensure customer success
- Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts
