The role involves presenting and demonstrating the Braze platform’s capabilities, partnering with internal teams, and fostering a culture of teamwork and work-life harmony.

Requirements

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Conduct discovery to deeply understand client business challenges and objectives
  • Present and demonstrate the Braze platform’s capabilities tailored to customers needs
  • Partner with internal teams including Solutions Consulting and Customer Success to ensure customer success
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts
