Role Overview
The Sales Operations Data & Systems Lead architects the technical foundation and data strategy powering our global sales organization. This role eliminates seller friction by owning GTM tech stack management, building high-integrity workflows, leading continuous Salesforce data cleanup initiatives, and deploying AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities include systems engineering & tech stack management, data strategy & governance, process optimization, and insights & cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex, fast-paced environment (certifications a plus)
- Highly preferred experience with Openprise, Clay, and/or Tray.io
- Experience managing sales data tech stack
- Experience administering and implementing AI-powered tools or workflows in a Go-to-Market Operations / Sales Operations context
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting (Looker, Tableau, advanced Excel, Python and/or other advanced tools preferred)
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into well-architected system solutions
- Strong production support mindset, with the ability to balance urgent issues against longer-term platform improvements
- Excellent project management and communication skills
