Role Overview
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be a key partner to the AMER sales leadership team to help support long-term growth. This role blends hands-on execution with a strategic lens. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining the data and processes the region runs on today, while bringing data-driven recommendations to the table on how to scale processes and build the team to support continued growth.
What You Will Do
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for leading the annual territory carve for AMER, building capacity models, scaling processes, designing dashboards, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities to use AI tools to automate manual Sales Ops workflows.

The candidate will be technically savvy, with a solid understanding of how Salesforce flows and automations work, and will have experience with Sales tech stack tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, or Fullcast.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Sales Strategy and Operations, or Revenue Operations at a high growth B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with Sales tech stack tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, or Fullcast
- Proficient with Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, with experience building dashboards from scratch
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up analysis, data cleaning, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the attention to detail to get into the data and make data driven decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to present data and findings to senior sales leaders clearly and concisely, and to build trust quickly
