Role Overview
The Senior Staff Software Engineer provides strategic technology leadership across enterprise architecture, digital transformation, customer experience platforms, data ecosystems, and Experience Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Adobe technologies.

Drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced financial technology solutions, lead architectural decisions, and take ownership of critical systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 1 cloud certification (AWS cloud practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud – Cloud Digital Leader)
- 10-13 years of work experience in related field (Software Development Life Cycle across Full Stack, Frontend and Backend Development and UI / UX engineering)
- Adobe Certified Master – AEM Architect
- Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), MarTech ecosystems, and personalization platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation solutions
- TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications
- Experience within financial services, fintech, payments, lending, or other regulated industries
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
