Data Analyst Facturation

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the DSI team of BRED, responsible for implementing local BRED SI projects related to billing, including the reform of electronic billing. The successful candidate will play a key role in the interface between functional challenges of billing and their technical implementation.

What You Will Do

Define and structure the Facturation product line projects, collect, analyze, and formalize functional needs, translate them into exploitable specifications for the technical teams, select and implement the most suitable data architecture, model the data to meet user needs, develop, optimize, and automate data integration processes with Datastage, perform in-depth technical and functional tests, and ensure clear and proactive communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a higher education diploma in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field, significant experience in data analysis, confirmed expertise in ETL tools and Datastage, knowledge of the French electronic billing reform, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Higher education diploma (BAC+5) in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field
• Significant experience in data analysis
• Confirmed expertise in ETL tools and Datastage
• Mandatory knowledge of the French electronic billing reform (e-invoicing, e-reporting, approved platforms, directory, and structured formats such as Factur-X/CII)
• Business analyst posture: ability to understand business processes, challenge needs, write specifications, and ensure the link between functional and technical
• Mastery of relational databases and advanced SQL techniques
• Competence in data model management and evolution to meet changing business needs
• Ability to communicate data: translate complex analyses into simple and clear messages
• Pedagogy: make data accessible to non-technical teams and adapt speech to interlocutors
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to synthesize, both in writing and orally
• Rigor, proactivity, autonomy, and initiative spirit
