Role Overview

As Text Lead (m/w/d), you are responsible for developing the voice of Breuninger further across all relevant touchpoints, online and offline. You shape the Breuninger tone of voice and develop it strategically and operationally further.

What You Will Do

You identify relevant themes, trends, and cultural moments and develop independent editorial concepts, stories, and content series. You combine journalistic demands, style competence, and brand leadership with the requirements of campaigns, e-commerce, and CRM.

Requirements

• several years of professional experience in a leading editorial, text, content, or communication role
• proven expertise in Fashion, Lifestyle, Premium Retail, Media, or a comparable culturally driven brand
• excellent text understanding with strategic thinking, style competence, and a secure sense of brand leadership
• ability to develop independent, brand-defining content
• experience in developing concepts, communication strategies, and integrated campaigns
• sovereignty in stakeholder management and collaboration with different departments and seniority levels
• fundamental experience in the use of AI tools for text and content as well as a clear understanding of automation, scaling, and quality assurance
