Role Overview

Join Brex’s Design team as a Manager, Brand Design (Growth) to lead creative direction and execution across growth campaigns, paid social, digital experiences, email and lifecycle journeys, industry and growth marketing events, and account-based marketing. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative leader who remains deeply involved in execution while mentoring and guiding other designers.

What You Will Do

Lead creative direction and execution across growth campaigns, paid social, digital experiences, email and lifecycle journeys, industry and growth marketing events, and account-based marketing. Manage and mentor the designers responsible for growth creative within the Brand Design team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand design within agency and/or in-house creative teams
• Experience leading high-impact creative work while remaining deeply hands-on in execution and craft
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional concept-driven design work across campaigns, storytelling, brand systems, experiential, and digital experiences
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding designers through the work
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and contribute strategically to creative direction and brand development
• High level of craft across typography, layout, visual systems, art direction, and storytelling
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative decisions and rationale
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Proficient in Figma
