Lead Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset to join our project. The ideal candidate will focus on transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making through analysis, reporting, and data visualization.

What You Will Do

Take ownership of data analysis initiatives, analyze and interpret complex datasets, collaborate with business stakeholders, design and maintain efficient data queries and datasets, and develop and maintain dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience of +8 years in Data Analyst roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Python for data analysis and data preparation
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with data science algorithms (Supervised/Unsupervised)
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts, KPIs, and business metrics
• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts (descriptive statistics, trend analysis, hypothesis testing) applied to business analysis
• Experience working with large-scale data environments and cloud-based data warehouses
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) and data pipeline and CI/CD concepts
• Academic background in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Mandatory fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
