Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will drive data-informed decisions that directly shape our product, user journeys, and customer experience. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Commercial Leads to translate broad or ambiguous business needs into concrete, actionable insights.

What You Will Do

You will answer data questions from your MDT using SQL, design and build intuitive dashboards and reports in Qlik, work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify questions and communicate clear recommendations, and analyze user journeys and evaluate A/B test results on our web app.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst
• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions) and experience working with a BI/dashboarding tool (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage workload, set clear expectations, and comfortably say ‘no’ when necessary
