Role Overview
This is a senior role for a Salesforce Administrator who will take full day-to-day ownership of Salesforce configuration and administration across Sales, Service and Field Service Cloud. The role requires strong hands-on configuration skills and experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
What You Will Do
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will own day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration and maintenance, manage a small team of Salesforce administrators, and partner with the Solutions Architect to translate architecture and solution designs into configured, tested platform changes.

Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (essential); Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification desirable
- Substantial, senior-level experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong hands-on configuration skills: Flow Builder, validation rules, page layouts, reports & dashboards, security model
- Experience managing or mentoring more junior team members, formally or informally
- Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Components sufficient to review and QA changes
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as Copado or Gearset
- Comfortable working within Agile ways of working and structured change control processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
