Role Overview

Join our Marketing & Communications team as a Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, build community trust, and connect people with vital mental health and healthcare resources.

Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, projects, and budgets, lead regional advertising, sponsorships, events, community outreach, and employee engagement initiatives, and represent the organization at community events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Four years of relevant marketing experience
• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
• Experience managing multiple projects and independently carrying initiatives from strategy through execution
• Maintain a current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance
• Successfully complete required criminal record, driving record, and abuse and neglect background checks
• Communicate effectively through excellent writing, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Apply strong project management, prioritization, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
• Use marketing metrics and documented insights to make thoughtful, fact-based decisions
• Approach new challenges with creativity, initiative, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving
• Demonstrate professionalism, personal accountability, and a hands-on approach to achieving results
• Balance urgency, patience, and empathy when collaborating with providers, executives, team members, and community partners
