Senior Manager, GTM Strategy

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, GTM Strategy will independently lead multiple high-complexity, cross-functional GTM initiatives to drive acquisition, adoption, expansion, and retention across Brightwheel’s Education and Curriculum products.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager, GTM Strategy will own priority Education GTM initiatives and new go-to-market motions, identify new growth opportunities, develop the strategy and business case to bring them to market, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build the messaging, training, processes, and resources that help representatives effectively position and sell Education products.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of taking GTM initiatives from rough ideas to launched, measured programs, experience building a GTM function, motion, or playbook from scratch, and a demonstrated habit of using AI to automate recurring workflows out of their own hands and create processes that can run consistently without them.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across go-to-market strategy, growth, marketing, business operations, strategy and operations, or a related function
• Led multiple complex, ambiguous, cross-functional GTM, growth, or business operations initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement
• Built and executed programs that drove meaningful improvements in revenue, conversion, acquisition, adoption, expansion, retention, or operational performance
• Applied a strong understanding of sales strategy, marketing execution, customer lifecycle management, ecommerce, or subscription-based business models
• Influenced stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other functions without relying on direct authority
• Managed multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while creating clarity, securing alignment, and maintaining momentum
