Requirements
- Deep knowledge of products and disease area
- Achieve and exceed regional targets
- Execute market manager-defined market strategy, identify and partner with target HCPs, and achieve promotion plans
- Understand key HCPs in the region and responsible areas
- Update customer data
- Coordinate local ‘in-house meetings’
- Provide timely updates to HCPs, conduct visits according to plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understand customer (medical) needs
- Meet and maintain company requirements for visit rates, knowledge, skills, behavior, and personal image
- Report visit situations regularly (daily) in the ETMS system
- Provide accurate reports and contact direct supervisor according to process
- Provide information to direct supervisor about BMS promotional material effectiveness
- Develop and improve professional knowledge through training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature
- Share knowledge and experience with team members
- Manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensure they are in good condition
