Senior Financial Analyst, Global Process Owner – Record to Report

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst, Record to Report Global Process Owner (GPO), will support the continuous improvement, governance, and evolution of BMS’s global Record to Report (R2R) processes. This role provides an opportunity to work across a global Finance organization, partnering with Finance, IT, our Hyderabad Capability Center, and external service providers to advance process standardization, strengthen controls, improve performance, and support technology-enabled transformation.

Major responsibilities include process optimization & continuous improvement, risk management & compliance, performance management, execution support & business continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, finance transformation, or related special projects.
• Foundational knowledge of Record to Report and Controllership processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and R2R process architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and levels of an organization.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to Finance transformation.
