The Business Development Officer – Agriculture will be responsible for analyzing the alternative distribution channel and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability. They will work with their supervisor to analyze the performance of the ADC and propose initiatives for growth. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities include driving sales revenue targets, conducting spot checks, ensuring internal compliance, supporting ADC operations, and preparing timely reports. The role also involves delivering on performance requirements and performing other duties as assigned.
